申请000webhost空间出现需要ip_confirm.exe的解决方法 
申请 000webhost 免费空间（1500M容量，100G流量，支持PHP+Mysql）出现问题，转出一个页面，说是需要ip_confirm.exe来验证申请ip。
提示原文如下：
Confirm your computer IP address
Before your account can be activated, you need to confirm your computer IP address. It's easy - just download ip_confim.exe to your computer and run (execute) it. You will get 6 digit confirmation code which you will have to enter below.
1. Download ip_confirm.exe to your computer and run it.
2. You will get 6 digit confirmation code.
3. Enter this 6 digit confirmation code here:
根据已经注册的邮箱和密码登陆，会看到域名状态为：
其实弹出这个提示应该是因为注册者的IP地址不在000webhost直接允许注册的IP地址范围内。而且注册时候弹出这个验证的大多数都是.net.ru这样类型的域名。
解决方法
1：注册时候选择外国代理
2：用ip_confirm.exe来验证然后等待开通空间。
默认的ip_confirm地址无法打开，可以通过我的博客下载：
下载文件 (已下载 415 次)
在登陆会员后，点击 Go to CPanel旁边的Confirm Your IP来验证。
验证完成后弹出提示：
Information
Registration is complete!
System administrator will review your details and setup account in 24 hours.
But, if you need account right now, signup with our partner www.0fees.net - they setup and activate all accounts instantly.
重新登陆会员中心，会弹出新的提示：
* This account is not active yet, our administrator will setup it in 24 hours.
