VD(Value-domain)的DNS申请不了Ru的域名了？

VD一直是我最喜欢的免费DNS。速度快是它的优点

昨天晚上提交了一个免费的RU米，结果一直提示DNS检测错误。

郁闷啊
不知道是RIPN的限制还是VD的域名系统问题。
